Included :
- Bed linen and beds made on arrival;
- The provision of towels and crockery;
- Charges (electricity, water, central heating);
- Wifi throughout the building as well as access to Netflix and international and national channels on the TV;
- Some basic products such as toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, oil,…
- Heavy cleaning (be sure to check the “Price does not include” section)
Not included :
- The fridge must be emptied and cleaned by the tenant;
- The oven, if it has been used, must be cleaned;
- The dishwasher should be emptied of its contents if possible;
- Worktops and tables must be clean;
- The floor must also be left in a correct state and vacuumed (no confetti, dirt, rubbish, etc.);
- The barbecue, if it has been used, must be returned clean.
